My husband and I just wanted to let your corporation know that you have a DYNAMITE Service Manager doing business in the West Michigan area.  SCOTT SIKKEMA responded to our emergency call on the evening of July 20, 2011 (the hottest day of the year thus far) when our AC died.  He came out at 9:30 pm and had our unit up & working within 20 minutes.  He only charged us $75 for the call (a heavily advertised competing service wanted to charge us that much PLUS $100).  He was friendly, efficient and fast.  Explained to us what we can do to help prevent the problem happening in the future.  We were so thankful for his service.  It is a great feeling to know that you can still get good, solid honest customer service... Even at 9:30 pm on the hottest night of the year!  Thank you, Scott Sikkema!
